- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Went here for a 6month cleaning. I had just saw my previous dentist 6months ago. I only switched because she moved out of Silver. I was told by Dr. Porter that I had a cracked molar and it was down to the root. I was then told I needed a crown. I really had no clue what all this meant. I have only had 2 cavities my entire life. I explained I'm in no pain. I was told that I needed to get this procedure done ASAP, so that infection doesn't set in. My insurance didn't cover the cost and I couldn't afford it. So I just never got it done. I saw a different dentist for a second opinion. He took 2 sets of x-rays, and said I had beautiful teeth. I asked about the cracked molar....he said what cracked molar. There was absolutely nothing wrong with my teeth. Dr. Porter lied. A friend of mine was told the same thing. She saw another dentist and she also had no cracks!
